Hotify Cancellation Policy



  1. The hereafter mentioned policy administers the cancellation of order(s) for product(s) requested by you as the client of the 'https://hotify.in/' ("Cancellation Policy") while leasing Product(s). By simple using, getting to, perusing or benefiting from any product(s) from the site the client needs to abide by this cancellation policy.
  2. The reference of "you" or "Client" or "Client's" in the policy discussed underneath is of you the User of the Site and the reference of "we" "us" "our" or "the Site Owner" is for "Hotify".
  3. For the purpose of this Cancellation Policy, the "Client" will mean any regular individual or legal individual who can undergo a competent Contract under the "Indian Contract Act, 1872".
  4. The cancellation request shall be emailed by the client to the Site Owner according to the details given at our site.
  5. You can mail us at hotifyltd@gmail.com or you can directly cancel the order on the website by selecting the “Cancel” option.
  6. You are also permitted to make a doorstep cancellation if you don’t need the product anymore.
  7. in case you cancel the order but the order has been placed and it has been 3 such days, then the amount prepaid on the order is non-refundable.
  8. You cannot place a cancellation once the item has been delivered to you.
  9. All refunds shall be credited to the same mode of payment within 7 days from the date of cancellation.


Hotify Return Policy



  1. The hereunder mentioned policy administers the return of order(s) for product(s) requested by you as the client of the 'Https://hotify.in/'; ("Return Policy") while renting Product(s). By simple using, getting to, perusing or benefiting from any product(s) from the site the client needs to abide by this return policy.
  2. The reference of "you" or "Client" or "Client's"; in the policy discussed underneath is of you the User of the Site and the reference of "we" "us" "our" or "the Site Owner" is for "Hotify".
  3. The Product(s) is to be returned to the Site Owner in neat packaging as it was delivered.
  4. The product(s) shall be handed over just to the approved delivery executive by the Site Owner for the purpose of returns.
  5. The Product(s) should be appropriately properly packed and sealed. If the Product(s) is/are being returned without the approved delivery executive by the Site Owner, then, at that point, any damage sustained during such return will be the sole responsibility of the User.
  6. Once delivered, it can’t be returned anymore. In case, you cancel your order upon receiving it, the entire amount paid for the amount will be dissolved i.e. no refund will be generated.
  7. In case, you received a damaged product, get back to us immediately and depending on your requirement we’ll either get you a substitute for the same or refund the whole amount. We advise you to check the product thoroughly upon receiving when the delivery boy is still at your doorstep to avoid and mishaps.
